The App does not host, own, or control third-party content accessed through the App. Third-party videos, audio, images, thumbnails, titles, channel information, and other content remain the property of their respective owners.
The availability of third-party content depends on third-party services and may change, become unavailable, or be restricted at any time.
ViMusic provides functionality for discovering and playing content made available through third-party services. ViMusic does not claim ownership of such third-party content, and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued accessibility of any particular third-party content.
ViMusic may use YouTube API Services and other third-party services to provide search, metadata, playback, and related functionality.
Your use of functionality that relies on YouTube API Services may also be subject to:
YouTube and other third-party platforms may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their services or APIs at any time. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of ViMusic.

ViMusic may offer optional Premium subscriptions. Premium features may include removal of advertisements and other features described in the App.
The availability and features of Premium subscriptions may vary by country, region, platform, or version of the App.
The free version of the App is supported by advertising provided by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.
By using the free version of ViMusic, you agree that advertisements may be displayed within the App.
Purchasing a Premium subscription may remove advertising as described in the applicable subscription offer.
Advertising content is provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertisers.
The App, including its design, logos, user interface, and software (excluding third-party content played through it), is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. The names, logos, trademarks, and service marks of third-party platforms or content providers remain the property of their respective owners.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the App may be collected, used, stored, and processed.
ViMusic may use third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, YouTube, and other service providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Third-party services may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue their services or APIs at any time. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of ViMusic.
Content accessed through ViMusic, including videos, audio, images, thumbnails, titles, channel information, and other materials, remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, where permitted by applicable law, if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create security or legal risks, or if we discontinue the App or a material part of its services.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination. We may take immediate action where necessary to protect the App, its users, third parties, or our legal rights.
Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends and you must stop using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
